16:15-17:00 Discussion

Contents: When striving for health equity, we need to find ways to improve the
circumstances in which people are born, grow, live, work, and age, also called the social determinants of health. However, we still lack sufficient knowledge on evidence-based strategies addressing these social determinants of health. Stronks and colleagues studied the health impact of several programmes at the municipal level that aim to improve the living conditions of inhabitants. She will report on the results of these evaluation studies.
